Part 1 of this was on the EFFORTLESS, in this piece we go into EFFECTIVE & EFFICIENT.

effective at what, exactly

“Effective” is a word from the results- and measurements-oriented world.

It usually means: producing the intended effect, on the thing being measured, within the frame the buyer has agreed to.

A drug is effective if the marker drops. A campaign is effective if the number climbs. A worker is effective if the output arrives.

Effective belongs to a world where REAL equals visible, the sensible, the quantifiable.

The overculture created this sensorium around Health that is actually empty of meaning because it only includes the literal and linear aspect of it, ripped out of the actual palpable substance.

And everything that’s outside of this artificially generated sensorium — the animacy of the land, the dead, the Dreaming, the Tide, the unfathomable coherence that actually keeps you alive — is disregarded as irrelevant.

And exactly the same dynamic was applied to all kinds of “healing”:

Read the marker, release the fascia, reset and regulate the vagus nerve, clear the pattern, (re)solve the trauma, tick the box — effective, on the presentation.

I call this a “FIXING REFLEX”. It runs so deep and is so sneaky that often we don’t even recognize it as such.

And it kinda works, in a way how things sometimes only address a very specific POINT, a stasis, but not the substance, not the movement that is actually deriving the thing. Not the substantial layer of Real where the thing originated from and is organized within.

So I say, we must re-imagine the meaning of the word, re-create its sesorium. Or rather go back to its origins:

To be effective is to be in relation with the layer where a thing is actually moving.

And you cannot reach that layer by measuring, analyzing and diagnozing it in the literal way, because it isn’t a quantity.

It’s a relationship.

Pointing out to people what’s WRONG with them became this whole thing: the algorithm does it in a second and a half and offers you a discount code. Right?

Finding true Health is a difficult relational art that requires friction and devotion.

Because Health is a living-breathing intelligence, a mythic beast. It is ancient, pre-historic, pimordial, and it is awake, and it is in there right now.

And you simply cannot reach that intelligence with any technique or tool or imposed protocol.

You can only ever approach a living power by building right relationship with it. You come close. You get quiet. And you listen. Until IT renders you ready and available and it shows itself to you.

And when you do — when you actually meet it instead of fixing or managing it — the effect ripples all the way in all directions. And you let this living-breathing beast cohere and harmonize you, in ways you will not be able to explain to anyone afterwards and eventually will stop wanting to.

efficient, and other factory words

Oefff…. EFFICIENT means: extract the most from the least, and do it faster than last quarter. Oefffff……. (Spoiler alert: we’ll re-imagine this meaning by the end of this article too, don’t you worry!)

Efficient healing, efficient sleep, efficient life…

Optimise the protocol. Collapse the timeline. Six sessions, results guaranteed, a healing journey with a fixed completion date — you should feel very healed by then.

Get your childhood trauma processed by summer so you can get your summer-body because the body keeps the score and your cortisol face is fat.

Faster recovery. Better metrics. A nervous system regulated enough to answer email. Your own (un)becoming, run as a supply chain.

This is NOT the kind of efficiency we are talking about here, okay?

True efficiency is found in the (super)natural world.

True efficiency is the smallest true gesture, in right relation, at the exact Kairos-moment. And it is efficient in the way an entire forest is efficient when left to do its thing — so exquisitely woven that nothing is wasted and nothing is hurried and every part is feeding every other part in an arrangement no one designed and no one can fully see.

That is what Health is: a living coherence, older and vaster than you (than the entire humanity), that harmonizes you into itself when you stop grabbing — that arranges the whole of your life into rightness in ways you cannot ever fathom and were never meant to.

So you see, EEE is a location, coordinates, it’s which way you’re facing and what you’re perceiving. A SENSORIUM.
